simple yet charming Ndutu Safari Lodge is actually situated
in the Ngorongoro Conser-vation Area, in the southern short
grass plains of the Serengeti ecosystem. Standing amongst
an acacia woodland, it bears witness to the migratory herds
which teem in this area after the rains bring life to the
grass shoots. |

Thirty-two stone cottages
sit unobtrusively in the wilderness, offering the quintessential
setting for the experiencing the peace of the Serengeti. Mealtimes
are enhanced with fresh produce brought in from Gibb's Farm,
and meals cooked over a wood fire. The more favorable time
to visit here would be December through March, due to animal
migrations.
